CEBC supports members throughout the entire cycle of their employment at a Christian school.
- Employment Relations Coaching - CEBC provides confidential and professional coaching on matters related to members’ employment and working conditions. This includes working proactively to help prevent, manage, and foster reconciliatory and fair resolutions to workplace matters and conflicts.
- HR Video Series - CEBC has developed a 12-part video series in partnership with SCSBC and CSELBC that provides training for employers and administrators on important HR considerations affecting aspects of the “Employment Life Cycle”.
- Policy Development - CEBC advocates on behalf of members by co-developing employment policies that consider the needs and effects on staff as they work at school, as well as providing compensation recommendations to encourage fair and equitable salaries for all staff.
- Workplace Articles - CEBC offers a collection of resource articles on employment issues, pertinent laws, and topics affecting Christian educators.
